Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2019

The 'Yachting Capital of the World', Fort Lauderdale plays host to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) every year in October/November. The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show presents thousands of industry exhibits alongside more than 1,200 boats, including sport-fishers, center consoles, cabin cruisers, tenders, bowriders, catamarans, ski boats, jet boats, trawlers, inflatables and extraordinary superyachts available for both sale and charter. Extending over three million square feet, the five-day exhibit is the largest in-water boat show in the world and has a fantastic transportation system of water taxis, bus shuttles and riverboats to give guests easy access to the seven show locations. These areas include the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel & Yachting Center, the Hall of Fame Marina, the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, Las Olas Mincipal Marina, the Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Marina, the Sails Marina, and the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. Hugely popular amongst the captains of industry as well as yacht buyers and prospective charter guests, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show frequently attracts over 100,000 attendees to Florida. In 2017, show organisers extended their contract with the exhibit's host - the Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel & Yachting Center - for another 50 years, guaranteeing the longevity of this top industry event.
